Thirteen Months Postoperatively
The patient underwent submuscular augmentation with 270 - 285 cc, INAMED Style 468 BioCurve™ Shaped Breast Implants through an inframammary incision. Both implants were filled to 280 cc. The patient is very satisfied with the result. The Style 468 Shaped Breast Implants allowed the surgeon to give her the lower pole projection that she needed, while maintaining a slightly convex contour to the upper pole. She has no visible or palpable wrinkles or folds. This surgeon also uses this implant in the prepectoral (subglandular) position.

Preoperatively
This patient is a 37 year old woman with minimal breast tissue who has 4 children. The patient, who is 5 foot, 11 inches tall, desired a large "C" cup. Preoperative measurements revealed that the left nipple was I cm lower than the right, and the left inframammary fold was 0.5 cm lower than the right.
Two Months Postoperatively
The patient underwent partial sub-pectoral augmentation with 450 - 475 cc INAMED Style 468 BioCurve™ Shaped Breast Implants through an inframammary incision. Both implants were filled to 475 cc. The desired results were achieved with beautiful overall fullness and a dramatic reduction of the distance between the breasts.
