Dr. Devlin is a graduate of Loma Linda University Medical School and completed his General Surgery and Residency training at Loma Linda University as well. He completed his American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship training in 2003. Dr. Devlin provides his patients with unquestioning confidence in making the right treatment-planning decisions. Dr. Devlin has lectured Nationally on the subject of Breast Augmentation. He is the only surgeon in Central Arkansas to offer the T.U.B.A. procedure (transumbilical breast augmentation).

Dr. Devlin has been featured on Dateline NBC, CNBC, Woman's World Magazine, The London Daily Mirror, as well as several times on local TV stations ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox. In addition, Dr. Devlin serves as a Consultant to the Surgeon General in the area of Facial Cosmetic Surgery.
