I intended to write this after my last appointment but you said you wanted me to come back one more time. Well, I can not wait any longer.

Turning 65 didn’t mean to me that I was over the hill but it almost made me accept the way I looked. This made me unhappy. I wanted to write and express to you what the results of your work on me has meant. Until six years ago I had always been in great shape, I was a teacher, but I also taught dance and was a personal trainer. I had had three cesarean sections, but other than that I was very happy with myself. Six years ago, I had my last child by cesarean section and changed everything. The fourth one "did me in", so to speak. I did not bounce back as I had previously. It definitely affected me. I was not used to my appearance as it was. My husband and I discussed me having cosmetic procedures performed. The plight was who to use. I had seen many results by other physicians in Alabama that were less than positive.

Two years ago I was referred to you by another satisfied patient. Upon meeting you I was acutely aware that you were very knowledgeable about your discipline. As you may remember, you performed a tummy tuck with torso contouring, liposuction of the legs, hips, back and arms as well as fat transfer to my face and lips. I could not have been more satisfied. I was very impressed that you were determined to have the best result possible. To ensure this you made certain I was aware of what I was to do as well as my limitations, to ensure a speedy recovery. You continued to follow my recovery process. Within two weeks I was feeling fabulous. Most of the swelling had subsided.

After about a month I was in a bikini in Hawaii. Your work received many complements. Everyone was asking who did your work. The best thing is that there were no scars on my face and minimal scaring, at the site of the tummy tuck incision. There was no visible scaring from the liposuction either. The most amazing result was how you filled my top lip exactly the same size as my bottom lip using fat injections. Strangers will argue that I have had anything done to my lips. They look so natural.

One year later, I flew out to California to have you perform additional surgery. Although we are not wealthy, there is no way I was going to have anyone else perform it, no matter what the cost. I think a great result is worth saving the money. I had many friends that were so impressed with your work. They wanted to come with me. I did bring one. She was also very pleased with the work you performed on her and wishes to make the trip again out to California to have additional surgery.

As you may recall, the procedures you performed while I was in California were- a breast augmentation with silicon implants with a lift of the right breast, a scar revision and fat transfer to enlarge both my lips. The amazing thing is that no one can tell that I have had anything done. My breasts look so natural, people think I have had only a lift until I correct them. There are no visible scars for the implants and my scar from the tummy tuck is very faint. The lip results make me appear younger, according to all the complements I have been receiving. The greatest thing of all is that there was no pain at all. Two and a half weeks later, I was running all over Europe.

I can not express in words the great effect your work has had on my life in a positive way. I am back to the person I was before I had my last child. I have more confidence than I have had in over six years. I am convinced that the reason my results were so wonderful is because of your dedication to detail. You make it clear that you want the result to be great but to look natural. In my case you were very successful. I am convinced, as are my friends and family that you are the best cosmetic surgeon there is. I would never recommend anyone go anywhere else. When it is ones body. I would not risk it, in my humble opinion, it would be more difficult to correct unsatisfactory results from cosmetic surgery, than it would be to repair or enhance the work God did when he made a person. SO, why would I go anywhere else? When you have the best, stick with it.

I trust Dr. Anastasatos so much he's very professional and caring. I had just came out of the military, and found out he also served I immediately felt comfortable with him. I went in to ask about a few procedures and Dr Anastasatos was honest with me and said that he didn't think I needed a nose job. I had some other concerns one being some acne scars, and having a pigeon chest Dr Anastasatos said these where things he could fix. Well six months later my acne scars have diminished quit well, and my chest looks like I do push ups every day.
